Toba 2025: Ocean Science for a Sustainable Future
Invitation to the Symposium A series of Japanese-French Oceanography symposia has been co-organized by the two Japanese-French Oceanographic societies in Japan and France. They both aim at promoting scientific exchanges between the two countries and hold regular symposia alternatively in Japan and France since 1983. In continuity with the last symposium in 2021 at Caen, France, the 20th Japanese-French Oceanography Symposium would take place from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 November 2025 in Toba, Mie, Japan.
