Registration
Use the registration form to complete the registration process. You will be asked to enter the following information on the form.
- Participant's information (name, nationality, affiliation, email, and so on)
- Willingness and desired type of presentation (oral/poster)
- Lunchbox requests during the symposium
- Participant's presence or absence to the following events:
Excursion on November, 26 and 27
Toba Maru ship tour on November, 28 (only for symposium participants)
Welcome reception orgernized by Toba City on November, 28
Dinner organized by SFJO on November, 29 - Accompanied person's presence or absence to the above events except for Toba Maru onboard tour

Hotel arrangement
Our staff will make reservations at Hotel Toba International on your behalf. We strongly recommend that you take advantage of this service because hotel reservations become very difficult at this time of year. With the assistance of Toba City, you can stay at a much discounted price than usual as follow. These include breakfast.
Double use room: 9,000 JPY for one person per one night*1
Single use room: 13,160 JPY per one night
Guests of Toba Hotel International can take a free shuttle bus to Toba Station and National Institute of Technology, Toba College. However, there are few buses.
*1: If both participants are registered, each of them pay one person's room charge. If the other person is a non-registered companion, the registered participant pay the room charge for the second person. If the person sharing the room cancels the participation, the remaining person will be charged the single-use room rate.
